After 10 years, in preparation for the canonization of Mother Teresa in Rome this September, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish in Limerick will change its name to St. Teresa of Calcutta beginning Saturday, July 16.
A special Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m. followed immediately by the unveiling of the new sign on the side of the parish education center. A parish 10th anniversary celebration including refreshments will follow.

Blessed Teresa Parish, located at 256 Swamp Pike in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, is led by the pastor, Father Paul Brandt, and hosts more than 3,000 families, 25 ministries and parish religious education for more than 700 students.
Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Education Center serves more than 400 children from six weeks old to eighth grade. Anita Dixon is principal and Jackie Stiles is child care director of the school that is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
