Sister of St. Joseph Catherine Albert, formerly Sister Michael Teresa, died Sept. 8. She was 80.
She was born in Orange, N.J., and entered the Sisters of St. Joseph from Our Lady of the Valley in Orange, N.J. Sept. 14, 1948.
She served in the Archdioceses of Philadelphia and Newark, N.J., and in the Diocese of Camden, N.J.
She was predeceased by her parents, William and Mary Keating Albert, her brother William and her sisters Elizabeth Dietz and Lorraine Albert.
A funeral Mass was celebrated Sept. 12 at St. Joseph Villa.
She is survived by her sisters Joan Weber and Sister Mary Albert, M.S.B.T., nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and the members of her community.
