The Hispanic community in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia gathered Dec. 11 in anticipation of the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe to celebrate Las Mañanitas, a traditional serenading of Our Lady on the vigil of her feast day, followed by Mass. Bishop John J. McIntyre was the celebrant and homilist for the Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul.
