SS. Colman-John Neumann School in Bryn Mawr will host a Fall Open House on Sunday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m.-12 noon, with guided tours for local families who wish to learn more about the school’s early childhood programs.

SS. Colman-John Neumann students and faculty will be on hand to provide more information on the school’s pre-kindergarten program for 3- and 4-year-olds, and its full-day kindergarten program. Guided tours of the pre-K and kindergarten classrooms, playground and other age-appropriate facilities will be offered after a short talk by Cathleen Lamberto, school principal.

As part of the open house, families will hear about the school’s academic excellence and deep Catholic faith that tie together the school’s more than 200 students. They will see the school’s recent expansion effort, including a multi-purpose Parish Life Center, with a new 6,700-square-foot state-of-the-art gymnasium, meeting space and additional classrooms.

Families will learn about the new pre-kindergarten program for 3- and 4-year-old children, a program managed by certified teachers and teacher aides with college degrees. Tours will be given of the new classrooms that are brightly lit and inviting to young children.

In addition to high-quality facilities and educational offerings, the school offers an early-morning and late-afternoon childcare program for an additional cost.
