Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio), speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, took part in an email interview with seminarian Tim Sahd of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary.

Boehner speaks about his Catholic faith and how he relies on it in public life.

Sahd is a Pre-Theology II seminarian studying for the Diocese of Harrisburg, whose home parish is Sacred Heart of Jesus in Lancaster, Pa. He is a 2001 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where he earned a B.A. in journalism. After college, he moved to Washington, D.C., where he worked with a political analyst and later edited a daily political publication covering the House of Representatives. He entered the seminary in 2013.
