Cranaleith Spiritual Center presents a day of reflection titled “Grieving Our Losses, Living Our Hope” on Saturday, Feb. 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Throughout life people experience staggering loss: deaths of those we love, a marriage that does not endure, good health fading into chronic illness, long-term loss of employment. Grief is the normal human response to losing what we love.

Presenter Sharon Browning explores the spiritual dimensions of our efforts to grieve faithfully and well.

Cost for the day is $80, which includes lunch and provides for someone without means; a sliding scale is available.

Registration information is at www.cranaleith.org.

Cranaleith Spiritual Center is located at 13475 Proctor Road in Northeast Philadelphia.
