The Miraculous Medal Shrine’s annual Summer Novena of Hope begins Sunday, June 7 and runs through Monday, June 15. This year’s theme is: “The Miraculous Medal: God’s Gift of Mary to You – Again.”
Vincentian Father Joseph Agostino will be the homilist for all nine days. Join in person or online to pray this powerful nine-day novena, which invokes the intercession of our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.
The anointing of the sick will be offered at all services on Friday, June 12. The closing Mass on Monday, June 15 will take place at 12:05 p.m. with Scranton Bishop Joseph C. Bambera as principal celebrant and homilist.
See the schedule for all nine days or leave your intentions for the Summer Novena of Hope, to be placed at the altar for the nine days, at the website www.Cammonline.org/Novena.
Video will be streamed live on the website each day at 9 a.m. Homilies for each day will also be posted online.
Help keep Catholic media free, support CatholicPhilly.com
You may have noticed “pay walls” greeting you when you visit the websites of newspapers and magazines, both large and small. These mechanisms allow you to read a few articles for free before you’ve got to pay an annual fee if you want to see more.
You won’t find a pay wall on CatholicPhilly.com because we’re more than a news organization. We’re informing, inspiring and forming readers in the Catholic faith every day through the news, features and commentaries that we post on this site and share across social media.
It costs money to provide high-quality coverage of the local Catholic communities we primarily serve, while also distributing national and world news of interest to Catholics, plus the orthodox teachings of the Catholic faith.
Help us in this mission by making a single gift of $40, $50, $100, or more. Your gift will strengthen the fabric of our entire Catholic community.
