Pope Francis has declared an extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy beginning Dec. 8 and ending on Nov. 20, 2016. All the faithful of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia are invited to the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul as Archbishop Charles Chaput opens the Jubilee Holy Door and celebrates the solemn opening Mass for the holy year on Sunday, Dec. 13 at 6:30 p.m.
