The students, families and staff of Blessed Trinity School in Northeast Philadelphia came together Dec. 4 for a live Nativity pageant and Christmas party to follow in the school gym. Father Michael Olivere, pastor of St. Timothy Parish, proclaimed a reading from Scripture and students acted out roles in the Nativity scene, which included live animals. A choir of children also offered Christmas songs. The party afterward featured games, music and a visit from Santa Claus.
