All are welcome to attend the Growing in Faith Together (GIFT) program at St. Stanislaus Parish Center, Lansdale, on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. The presenter is Msgr. George Majoros, whose topic is “Missionaries of Mercy and the Call to Continuous Conversion.”
Earlier this year Msgr. Majoros received the mandate of Pope Francis to be a Missionary of Mercy for the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The pope commissioned priests to be “living signs of the Father’s readiness to welcome those in search of his pardon.”
Msgr. Majoros will share his journey to becoming a Missionary of Mercy, along with highlights of the Jubilee Year, and will discuss the collective call of all believers to a continuous conversion as followers of Christ.
The event is free and registration is not required. The Parish Center is located behind St. Stanislaus Church at Lansdale Avenue and Main Street (Route 63) in Lansdale, Montgomery County.
