Tickets are available for $65 each, or two for $100. Only 1,850 tickets will be sold. The drawing will take place on Saturday, April 29 at 10 pm at Uptown Hoedown, OLMC School’s 2017 Spring Fundraising Event that will draw nearly 400 members of the local community.
Uptown Hoedown will be held at the Market at DelVal University located in Doylestown, and will be themed to celebrate an all-American country hoedown.
The evening will include gourmet food stations catered by Just Foods in Buckingham, a whiskey tasting provided by Hewn Spirits in Lahaska, beer provided by Bucks County Brewery and an open bar. Guests will be entertained by the music of 519 South Band playing country, rock and blues, as well as square dancing by the Buckeroos.
In addition to the drawing of the winning truck raffle ticket, Uptown Hoedown will include a mechanical bull riding contest, a live and silent auction, as well as several other opportunities to win unique items and experiences.
Tickets for Uptown Hoedown are $75 per person. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
Proceeds from the raffle and Uptown Hoedown will be used to enhance Our Lady of Mount Carmel School’s technological capabilities. They will enable the purchase of interactive Smart TVs and Chromebooks to be used alongside G Suite (Google Classroom).
These tools will help create a digital learning environment that will ultimately help the school achieve its mission to provide a quality education that empowers its students to lead and serve in a diverse, global society.

Help keep Catholic media free, support CatholicPhilly.com
You may have noticed “pay walls” greeting you when you visit the websites of newspapers and magazines, both large and small. These mechanisms allow you to read a few articles for free before you’ve got to pay an annual fee if you want to see more.
You won’t find a pay wall on CatholicPhilly.com because we’re more than a news organization. We’re informing, inspiring and forming readers in the Catholic faith every day through the news, features and commentaries that we post on this site and share across social media.
It costs money to provide high-quality coverage of the local Catholic communities we primarily serve, while also distributing national and world news of interest to Catholics, plus the orthodox teachings of the Catholic faith.
Help us in this mission by making a single gift of $40, $50, $100, or more. Your gift will strengthen the fabric of our entire Catholic community.
