Event Description
The Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, Philadelphia, will host Michaelmas (the feast of the Dedication of the Church of St. Michael the Archangel) with a solemn Mass in the traditional Latin rite, or Extraordinary Form.
The Mass will begin at 4:30 p.m. rather than the more usual time of 7 p.m. This liturgy will be part of the annual conference for the Society for Catholic Liturgy (http://liturgysociety.org/conference/), but all are welcome to attend the Mass.
