Holy Martyrs Parish in Oreland will mark the feast of St. Philomena with a Mass at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, followed by novena prayers and veneration of a relic of the beloved intercessor.
The parish is the home of the National Center of the Universal Archconfraternity for St. Philomena.
The rosary will be prayed at 8 a.m.
Following the Mass and novena, there will be a reception in the Father Szal Conference Room.
The blessed oil, the chaplet, and the cord of St. Philomena as well as other sacramentals will be available.
