Join CFGP and Rothman Orthopedics for our Spring Health Care Forum!
CFGP is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Rothman Orthopedics to host our very own health forum titled, “Faith-based Response to Pain Management and the Opioid Crisis.” This forum will bring together practitioners and people on the front lines of the opioid addiction epidemic to share ideas and impactful stories. The event will take place on:
Wednesday, May 1, 2019
The Pyramid Club
1735 Market Street, 52nd Floor
Philadelphia, PA 19103
So how do faith-based health practitioners and executives fit into this discussion? We will provide food for thought on the role of faith-based leaders in pain management who are regularly affected by the opioid crisis. Guests will also network with our region’s top health care influencers, executives and leaders as we discuss what is quickly becoming one of the largest challenges facing the health industry today.
This event benefits CFGP’s Health & Essential Needs Fund, which works to support the underserved in Philadelphia with life-saving health care and resources such as food and shelter.

Help keep Catholic media free, support CatholicPhilly.com
You may have noticed “pay walls” greeting you when you visit the websites of newspapers and magazines, both large and small. These mechanisms allow you to read a few articles for free before you’ve got to pay an annual fee if you want to see more.
You won’t find a pay wall on CatholicPhilly.com because we’re more than a news organization. We’re informing, inspiring and forming readers in the Catholic faith every day through the news, features and commentaries that we post on this site and share across social media.
It costs money to provide high-quality coverage of the local Catholic communities we primarily serve, while also distributing national and world news of interest to Catholics, plus the orthodox teachings of the Catholic faith.
Help us in this mission by making a single gift of $40, $50, $100, or more. Your gift will strengthen the fabric of our entire Catholic community.
