On November 13, 2019, he’ll bring that same message to the teens and adults in West Chester. Come and discover how to protect and heal yours. This is a rare opportunity for parents and teens and is open to those age 13 and older, teens and adults. One need not be Catholic to attend. 7:00 pm talk is followed by praise and worship, adoration with benediction and an opportunity for confessions. All attendees will receive free materials to help remember the message. Doors open at 6:30 pm.

What does Evert hope attendees walk away with?
“If there is a young person who has made mistakes in the past, I want them to walk away with hope, realizing that it doesn’t matter what they’ve done or what has happened to them — that they can start over,” he said.
“If they haven’t made those mistakes, I would like to encourage them to remain strong in their convictions,” he continued. “For the parents, I would want [them to] realize that the best way for them to encourage their kids is to live it out in their own lives.”
Evert makes you want to listen, because he speaks truth and speaks it compellingly… He shares a lot of information, nonjudgmentally, in a way that appeals to kids and adults. (Quotes from article by Joe

Help keep Catholic media free, support CatholicPhilly.com
You may have noticed “pay walls” greeting you when you visit the websites of newspapers and magazines, both large and small. These mechanisms allow you to read a few articles for free before you’ve got to pay an annual fee if you want to see more.
You won’t find a pay wall on CatholicPhilly.com because we’re more than a news organization. We’re informing, inspiring and forming readers in the Catholic faith every day through the news, features and commentaries that we post on this site and share across social media.
It costs money to provide high-quality coverage of the local Catholic communities we primarily serve, while also distributing national and world news of interest to Catholics, plus the orthodox teachings of the Catholic faith.
Help us in this mission by making a single gift of $40, $50, $100, or more. Your gift will strengthen the fabric of our entire Catholic community.
