PAOLI – Lt. Col. John Church of the U.S. Marines, president of Valley Forge Military College, visited St. Norbert School in Paoli Feb. 1. He spoke to students about the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that aims to honor and empower wounded warriors and raise awareness of their needs to the public as well as provide programs to meet their needs.
As their service project during Catholic Schools Week, students collected coins and had a dance-a-thon to benefit the project and presented a check to Lt. Col. Church during Mass Feb. 4.
