Daylesford Abbey will host a retreat for job seekers Aug. 13-14 titled “The Spirituality of Transition: Finding your Next Job While Discovering Yourself.”

The overnight retreat will offer practical exercises as well as time for personal reflection and exploration. Questions to be explored in the retreat include, are you in transition? Are you unclear about your purpose? Wish you could find the “dream job” you know is a perfect fit? Looking for some fresh approaches and ideas to improve your odds and your confidence?

Participants will be challenged to grow while discovering new techniques to create their desired future.

The retreat, presented by Skip Torresson of the Stewardship Group, will run from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on the 13th and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the 14th. An offering of $75 is suggested.
