Catholic high schools and elementary schools in Philadelphia are closed again on Friday, Feb. 14, the Philadelphia Archdiocese announced Thursday afternoon.
The schools marked a second straight day without classes as the region copes with a major storm that dumped about a foot of snow over a 24-hour period.
