Sixth grade students from Good Shepherd Catholic School in Ardsley worked on a Lenten service project and raised $1,427 for Philabundance.

The students recently presented a check to the organization whose mission is to provide food for the needy in the Delaware Valley.

The students wanted to support Philabundance because they thought a donation to this organization would have the greatest impact on the largest number of people.
