Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown held commencement exercises for 280 graduating seniors at the school on Friday, June 10. Immaculate Heart Sister Maureen McDermott, Superintendent for Secondary Schools for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, presided. She was principal of Bishop Shanahan from 2001 to 2015.
