Some 400 students from nine archdiocesan high schools and two private Catholic high schools capped off the second annual archdiocesan “Kids Helping Kids” Christmas Outreach Program Dec. 13 as they finished wrapping presents at Cardinal O’Hara High School for about 500 children in need who attended the 61st annual Archbishop’s Christmas Party for Children held Dec. 19 in Philadelphia.
Eleven participating high schools within the archdiocese held toy collection drives this year. Some of the schools hosted their own “wrapping parties” along with the one at Cardinal O’Hara. Kids Helping Kids is sponsored by the archdiocesan Office for Catechetical Formation. (Photos by Sarah Webb)
