Our Lady of Charity Parish in Brookhaven, Delaware County, will launch its Catholics Reaching Out program in three upcoming sessions this spring.
The program invites practicing Catholics, “lukewarm” Catholics and those who have been away to develop and deepen their relationship with Jesus by attending Tuesday evening sessions on March 28, April 18 and April 25, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m., on several topics:
— the beauty of the Catholic faith and repentance;
— developing and deepening your relationship with Jesus;
— the meaning of the Mass and its parts;
— the real presence of Jesus in the holy Eucharist.
Attendees, especially parents, are encouraged to reach out and invite a friend or family member, especially if they have been away from the Catholic faith. Classes are very casual, enjoyable, engaging and inspiring. Participants at previous sessions describe the course as “powerful,” “very inspirational,” “eye-opening” and “easy to understand.”
The program will take place in the Our Lady of Charity Rectory Meeting Room, 231 Upland Road, Brookhaven.
