Cranaleith Spiritual Center will offer a Jan. 19 workshop on following your intuition.

Sister Marlene Skrobak, RSM will lead the session, entitled “Riding the Waves of Your Heart.” The seminar will draw on scientific research to demonstrate the benefits of connecting with one’s innate intelligence and guidance.

The workshop will begin at 10 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. Cost is $45 per person, which includes lunch.
