It can be especially helpful for situations such as: Marital/family discord, Habitual sin, Inability to forgive, Relationship struggles, Persistently negative view of God or self, Chronic fear, anger or sadness, Stalled spiritual life, Any area where you feel stuck or sense a need for greater freedom.
