St. Mary Parish in Schwenksville will continue its traditional Lenten dinners on the Friday evenings of Lent.
The dinners will be offered every Friday from March 15 until April 12 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m in the parish’s Hedge Hall. Diners can eat in or order take out.
Menu items include fried fish platters, meatless spaghetti with buttered bread and grilled cheese. Weekly specials will feature baked salmon on March 22 and April 5, and crabcakes on March 15, March 29 and April 12.
Adult meals include a choice of 2 sides: French fries, coleslaw, tossed salad or meatless spaghetti, plus a beverage and homemade dessert.
Children’s meals (for those under 12 years) are also available, including meatless spaghetti with buttered bread, small fried fish platter, mozzarella sticks or grilled cheese. All children’s meals include a choice of one side, a beverage and a homemade dessert. Children age 3 and under eat for free.
The evenings will be rounded out by raffle baskets and a 50/50 drawing.
