Catholic Christians filled the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul for the Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion on Sunday, April 14, a liturgy celebrated by the cathedral’s rector, Father Dennis Gill. The Mass, which began with songs, the blessing of palm fronds and a Gospel reading outside the cathedral before a procession inside for the continuation, marked the solemn start of Holy Week in the church.
