Event Description
The second annual Philadelphia Catholic Scholars Program will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary at 7:30 p.m. in Vianney Hall.
It is a public lecture by Dr. R.J. Snell, Director of the Center on the University and Intellectual Life at the Witherspoon Institute in Princeton. Dr. Snell will commence this year’s seminar on “Truth, Beauty, Goodness,” with a lecture on Beauty and Catholic Education.
The author of several books and a leading Catholic thinker, Dr. Snell will reflect on the role of beauty and in forming a moral imagination and educating young Catholics.
