In August 2019, some 200 men, women, youth and children walked from St. Adalbert Church in Philadelphia’s Port Richmond section to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, joining more than 3,000 fellow pilgrims from New Jersey
The three-day, 35-mile pilgrimage was a “spiritual formation by foot” that featured stops at several Archdiocese of Philadelphia parishes.
