Some 300 Hispanic Catholics — representing 40 parishes and worship sites throughout the Archdiocese — gathered for the 14th annual Hispanic Heritage Mass on Oct. 5 at St. Peter the Apostle Church in Philadelphia.
Sponsored by the Archdiocese’s Office for Hispanic Catholics, the liturgy enabled participants to celebrate their cultures by wearing traditional attire and carrying banners honoring their countries of origin during the Mass’s opening procession.
