End Date and Time:
Saturday, June 27, 3 p.m.

Event Description:
Mindfulness is the practice of purposefully focusing our attention on the present moment, and accepting what is, without judgment or resistance. This does not come naturally. However it can be taught, and when learned, it is scientifically shown to increase physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being.

Come, join our virtual gathering for a Saturday of experiencing 10 mindfulness methods. Practices for deepening our spiritual awareness and inward connectedness will be woven within the day. You can expect to feel refreshed, attuned, peaceful, and joyful.
