The archdiocesan Office for the New Evangelization will host a virtual Catholic response to racism titled “How to View, Discuss and Act Towards Racism as a Catholic” on Tuesday, July 28 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. via Zoom.
All are invited to join local Catholic women from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for an evening of discussion on how to address racism through the lens of Catholic teaching, and to live more authentically as the true Body of Christ in our parishes.
The discussion will feature four panelists: Sister John Mary, Sisters of Life; Udochi Ekwerike, parishioner from St. Cyprian Parish, Philadelphia; Connie McCalla, parishioner from St. Raymond Parish, Philadelphia; Sarah Albanese, communications assistant for the Office for the New Evangelization.
Register here for the Zoom event, and see more information about it in this flyer or on the website of the Office for the New Evangelization.
