Father Dennis Gill, rector of the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul in Philadelphia, led the celebration of the passion of the Lord on Good Friday, April 2. Lay faithful, seminarians and clergy heard the proclamation of the Word of God including the crucifixion narrative from the Gospel of John, and reverenced a crucifix at the conclusion.
