The parish in Delaware County observed its 175th anniversary on Aug. 13 with a Mass celebrated by Archbishop Nelson Pérez who was joined by clergy and faithful of the parish. On Aug. 15, 1848 a baptism was the first official act of the parish which had been established soon after the Augustinians founded Villanova. St. Thomas of Villanova is located at 800 E.
