The Office for the New Evangelization and the Office for Persons with Disabilities will host its first ‘Be Encouraged’ workshop on Feb. 3 at 9:15 a.m. The workshop will take place at St. Cecilia Parish in Philadelphia.
“Supporting Those with Mental Health Struggles” will provide parish leaders, as well as family members and friends, practical tools to help support others with mental health. Topics will explore the meaning of mental health and how to walk alongside someone in a way that is sustainable and resourceful.
