Saint John the Evangelist Parish in Center City Philadelphia will hold its annual Via Crucis (The Way of the Cross) on Good Friday, March 29th from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the Upper Church at Saint John the Evangelist Parish.
Directed by Dr. Annette DiMedio, Via Crucis, is a musical score by composer Franz Liszt depicting the Stations of the Cross. Each station will be recreated with through a multi-media production with narration, song, and prayer.
Via Crucis is open to the public. A free will offering will be taken up in support of music ministries at of Saint John the Evangelist Parish.
