St. Charles Borromeo Seminary’s School of Theological Studies (STS) has announced that enrollment is open for its Master of Arts in Theology program for the Fall 2025 semester.
The graduate program requires 36 credits, including 10 core courses that explore key areas of Catholic theology such as Sacred Scripture, Moral Theology, Christology, and Church History. Students also choose two elective courses to complement their studies.
Courses can be taken on campus, online, or through a combination of both. In-person classes will run from Aug. 25 -Dec. 10, while the online semester runs from Sept. 8 – Dec. 19.
Classes are held in the evenings during the fall and spring semesters, and in the afternoons and evenings during the summer, providing flexible scheduling options for students balancing work, study, or prayer.
After completing their coursework, students must pass written and oral comprehensive exams to earn their degree.
Interested students can learn more or apply by visiting the seminary’s website at scs.edu/sts/master-of-arts-in-theology or by contacting STS@SCS.edu or 610-785-6287.
