The Serra Club of Philadelphia will host its Annual Mass and Luncheon for Newly Ordained Priests on Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul.

The five priests ordained last May who will be honored include Fathers Robert Bollinger, Peter Nguyen, Przemyslaw Rozestwinski, Edward Town, and Richard Withers. All are currently assigned to ministry in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Auxiliary Bishop Keith Chylinski will be the main celebrant of the Mass at 10:30 a.m.

Luncheon will follow immediately at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, located directly across from the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center on North 17th Street.

Students from area Catholic high schools are invited as Serra Club guests, and traditionally they look forward to personal interactions with the new priests.

A special feature of the luncheon is the opportunity for the new priests to share brief remarks on their first few months of parish life, or on their seminary preparation, or on any other relevant topic.

Following the luncheon they will offer priestly blessings to anyone who requests this beloved Serra Club tradition.

Luncheon reservations at $60 per person are requested by Oct. 28, and may be obtained here at https://serraclubphilly.org/donate for PayPal and Venmo options, and for payment by check. Discounted parking at $20 for up to six hours is available at the Sheraton.
