Financial leaders from Catholic dioceses across the United States convened in Philadelphia Sept. 28 – Oct. 1 for the Diocesan Fiscal Management Conference (DFMC), an annual event focused on professional development and faith-based stewardship. The conference offers Chief Financial Officers and other diocesan finance professionals a platform to share insights, strengthen best practices, and explore the intersection of faith and fiscal responsibility.

Opening remarks were delivered by Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez followed by Marc Fisher, CFO of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and host of this year’s gathering, John Knowles, Executive Director of the DFMC; Jo Willhite, CFO of the Archdiocese of Portland, Oregon; and Bishop James Golka of the Diocese of Colorado Springs.
