Faithful of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia are invited to participate in a historic digital encounter with Pope Leo XIV during the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) on Friday, Nov. 21, in Indianapolis. The conference is sponsored by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM).
Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez, episcopal advisor and board member for NFCYM, is encouraging Catholics throughout the five-county Archdiocese to learn more by watching a promotional video from EWTN, available on YouTube.
Pope Leo Live! will feature the Holy Father speaking from Rome at 10:15 a.m. for approximately 45 minutes. He will address more than 15,000 young people ages 14 to 18, along with youth ministry leaders, gathered at Lucas Oil Stadium and engage in personal dialogue with several attendees.
Archbishop Pérez invites all the faithful to watch the live broadcast, pray for the young people participating, and share the promotional video to inspire others in our local Church and beyond.
