The Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia announced Nov. 18 that more than 100 parishes, schools, and charitable ministries across the region will participate in this year’s #iGiveCatholic, the nation’s official Catholic Giving Day. CatholicPhilly is among the local beneficiaries.

Since its local launch in 2020, the initiative has raised more than $7.4 million to benefit Catholic organizations in the Archdiocese.

Celebrated annually on GivingTuesday (the Tuesday following Thanksgiving) #iGiveCatholic encourages donors to support Catholic ministries through financial gifts. For the first time, this year’s campaign will also allow participants to record service hours.

Last year, nearly 7,000 donors contributed $1.8 million to support more than 90 local Catholic organizations.

The 2025 campaign includes an Advanced Giving phase now through Dec. 1, leading up to the official Giving Day on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

Donors can make gifts or learn more about participating organizations by visiting PhillyGivesCatholic.org.

The campaign is supported by The James and Agnes Kim and Family Foundation; The Clark Family; Dilworth Paxson LLP, Saul Ewing, and Stradley Ronon; Cathedral Letter Concepts; PDC Graphics; Friend Sponsor, and Immaculata University.
