BLOCS (Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools) announced it has more than doubled its scholarship reach across Pennsylvania, reporting $206 million in donor commitments for the 2025–2026 school year.

The funding will provide 33,000 scholarships for PreK–12 students, up from 17,000 last year, through the state’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC), Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC), and Economic Disadvantaged Schools (EDS) programs.

BLOCS partners with over 500 schools and now has a presence in 65 of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.

“Our goal is to bring donors and schools together to maximize the impact for students and families,” said BLOCS CEO Rob Delany.

Founded in 1980, BLOCS is the state’s largest scholarship organization, having supported more than 100,000 children.
