St. Margaret Parish in Narberth, Montgomery County, marked its 125th anniversary on Dec. 14 with a special closing Mass celebrated by Archbishop Nelson Pérez, joined by parish clergy and faithful. The parish traces its origins to Christmas Day in 1900, when Rev. Richard F. Cowley was appointed to establish a new faith community in Narberth, a town founded just five years earlier.
