The Archbishop’s Commission on Racial Healing will host two virtual Lenten series supported by the St. Martin de Porres Foundation.

Peace in the Vineyard
A six‑week conversation series rooted in Bishop Edward Braxton’s The Racial Divide in the United States will explore racism, Catholic Social Teaching, and the call to foster peace within the Church. Sessions, led by commission chair Marcelle McGuirk, take place Thursdays at 7 p.m. on Feb. 19 and 26, and March 5, 12, 19, and 26.

Embodied Prayer for Unprecedented Times
Held Mondays from 7–8 p.m., this series offers formation and practice inspired by Cole Arthur Riley’s This Here Flesh and Black Liturgies. Facilitators Terrance Fulton and McGuirk will guide participants through gentle movement, breath‑work, and shared reflection. Dates include Feb. 23 and March 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.

Both programs are free and open to all. Registration closes Feb. 18.
