More than 200 students from archdiocesan elementary, secondary, and schools of special education filled Lansdale Catholic High School’s gym on April 15, packing 1,500 blue drawstring bags for young people served by Catholic Charities of Philadelphia’s Out of School Time programs.

Students assembled food, school supplies, and handwritten notes during the service project focused on meeting the needs of fellow young people. Addressing the crowd, Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez urged the young people to live as “the now of God,” showing that even small acts of love can help transform the world. Read our full coverage of the event here.  (Photos by Sarah Webb)
