The Archdiocese of Philadelphia has released its 2025 Catholic Charities Appeal (CCA) Impact Report, announcing that the annual campaign raised $8,417,080 to support dozens of charitable service organizations and ministries.
The initiative drew 22,297 donors who collectively contributed 35,705 individual gifts. According to the report, this included 1,278 new supporters—accounting for 6% of the participant base. The campaign stands as the largest annual fundraising effort for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Proceeds benefit more than 100 programs and ministries across the five-county metropolitan area. The funded sectors include social services, special education, mission parishes, cultural ministries, care for retired priests, and life, family, and laity programs.
According to the report, the 2025 campaign provided:
- More than 2.4 million meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity.
- Funding for 50 regional food cupboards, emergency distribution sites, and community outreach locations.
- Tuition assistance for more than 140 special education students attending archdiocesan Schools of Special Education.
- Operational and pastoral support for 22 local mission parishes.
- Care for 133 retired and infirmed archdiocesan priests.
