Engaging Classic Religious Traditions in Spiritual Direction
This workshop attends to guidelines for spiritual direction as provided by some of the major Christian traditions including the Benedictine, Franciscan, Ignatian, Carmelite, Salesian, and selected Reform perspectives. Both the theological assumptions and the spiritual themes inherent in these classic traditions will be brought to light.
