Devon Prep students hold school supplies drive

DEVON – Throughout the summer Devon Prep’s Christian Action Program collected over 4,300 school supplies for St. Elizabeth’s Community Center in North Philadelphia. The items, such as notebooks, pencils, crayons, pens, folders and backpacks, helped nearly 200 needy families.

Nine Devon Prep seniors named National Merit Scholarship winners

DEVON – Nine Devon Prep students were named National Scholarship winners, from left, Daniel Stack, Theodore Lawrence, Robert Smith, Francisco Suero, Christopher Smith, Andrew Robie, Shane Howard, Joseph Stucynski, and Samuel Parkinson. Approximately 8,200 winners of National Merit scholarship awards are chosen from the 15,000 finalists based on the students’ abilities, skills, and accomplishments.

Mount St. Joseph Academy students honored as Champions of Caring

FLOURTOWN – Five students from Mount St. Joseph Academy were honored at the 15th Annual Champions of Caring Recognition Program on May 20 at Drexel University.
