Project Rachel brings healing support to Archdiocese of Philadelphia
At a news conference at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center on October 3, Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap. announced the launch of Project Rachel, a post-abortion ministry that seeks to provide healing to women and men whose lives have been affected by the decision to abort a child.
