Devon Prep Senior J. Bradford Parkes of Wayne has been named a National Hispanic Scholar by the College Board’s National Hispanic Recognition Program.

The program, established in 1983, provides national recognition of the exceptional academic achievements of Hispanic high school seniors and identifies them for post- secondary institutions.

Parkes has also been named an AP scholar with distinction and a national scholar by the College Board.
