Cardinal Rigali installs Father Paul Kennedy as regional vicar for Philadelphia-North

ONE OF THEIR OWN – Father Paul M. Kennedy, pastor of St. Katherine of Siena Parish in the Torresdale section of the city, is installed by Cardinal Justin Rigali as vicar of Philadelphia-North during Vespers Sunday, Aug. 1, at St. Katherine of Siena Church. Pastor there since 2005, he succeeds Msgr. Joseph L. Logrip as vicar and will lead the faithful of 56 parishes.
